Engineering Training

KNA helps companies, vocational schools, universities, laboratories, and training centers develop practical engineering training. Programs follow participant roles, starting abilities, technology in use, and learning objectives. Technicians, engineers, operators, educators, and students need not follow identical material.

Objectives can include technology introduction, upskilling, reskilling, troubleshooting, system implementation, or ongoing competency development. Fundamental, intermediate, or specialist application levels are selected after understanding participant needs.

Material is selected for the abilities participants need to apply. Programs can combine theory, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, problem solving, mini projects, and evaluation. Trainers or equipment let participants observe, measure, program, and test systems.

• PLCs, I/O, HMIs, sensors, actuators, control logic, industrial communication, and automation troubleshooting.
• IoT, sensors, data acquisition, connectivity, monitoring, dashboards, and data logging.
• Embedded systems, microcontrollers, firmware, communication, and prototype development.
• Machine vision, cameras, lighting, image processing, inspection, and automation integration.
• Mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, robotics, and engineering software topics as required.

Programs can take the form of workshops, technical training, hands-on training, bootcamps, or internal company training. Duration, location, participant count, facilities, and equipment are agreed according to need. Institutions needing trainers can combine material planning with teaching aids or education-kit development.

For longer-term needs, learning paths and engineering academies can connect initial assessment, training, practice, projects, and competency evaluation. Results inform the next development steps. External certification or formal competency recognition is not automatically included.

Share the institution, participant roles and numbers, starting abilities, technology or machines in use, competency targets, facilities, and available time. Include field problems or a curriculum to inform exercises. KNA will discuss material, methods, equipment, and evaluation before delivery.
