KNA develops power and control systems for machines, equipment, and industrial applications. We review the supply, load characteristics, motors, sensors, operating sequence, and installation conditions before selecting the architecture and components. Work may cover a new system, documentation, repair, or an existing installation upgrade.
Schematics, single-line diagrams, and wiring diagrams connect power, protection, and control requirements. Component selection considers ratings, environmental conditions, availability, and maintenance. Panel layout, terminals, wire identification, and service access form part of the design.
Motors and drives are selected for the load and machine operation. Sensors and instrumentation measure position, temperature, pressure, current, voltage, or other required process parameters. Measurement range, signal type, placement, noise, and controller interfaces must be compatible.
Electrical data can feed energy monitoring or operational dashboards. Integration starts with the parameters to measure and the decisions the data should support, rather than simply adding a display.
Trips, overloads, unstable sensor signals, wiring faults, or failed control functions need investigation alongside machine conditions. Checks aim to distinguish component failure, connection faults, configuration problems, and the need for design changes.
Older machines can be assessed for rewiring, panel replacement, protection upgrades, additional sensors, or PLC and HMI integration. Feasibility and operational downtime are agreed after reviewing existing conditions.
Checks cover the wiring and functions in scope, input/output response, motor controls, alarms, and equipment interaction. AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, and PLC software may be used as appropriate. Safety requirements and technical criteria are discussed during design; specialist certification is not automatically included.
Prepare supply details, a load list, machine information, panel photos, existing drawings, and the fault symptoms or intended changes. KNA can then discuss the required design, panel, installation, control program, documentation, and testing deliverables.
