Testing & Handover

Functional testing and refinement before handover and operating guidance.

Machines designed around your process

KNA develops machines when standard products do not suit the function, material, capacity, or available space. Work starts with the process and required output. The machine design follows an understanding of motion, operating sequences, operators, environment, and limits.

Development can cover production machines, food processing, agriculture, laboratory equipment, research machines, and special purpose machines. Each project has its own specifications and acceptance criteria; capacity and process output are not assumed from another machine.

Mechanisms and functions we develop

A machine concept can combine several functions into one sequence. Interfaces, maintenance access, material placement, operation, and safety requirements are discussed during design. Prototypes of critical parts can test uncertainties before the whole machine is built.

  • Feeding, conveying, sorting, positioning, dispensing, and material handling.
  • Cutting, processing, assembly, inspection, and testing for the application.
  • Frames, jigs, fixtures, tooling, transmissions, enclosures, and custom mechanisms.

Design, fabrication, and control

3D models and engineering drawings guide fabrication and assembly. Materials and manufacturing processes are selected for loads, precision, environment, and use. Machines can include motors, sensors, electrical panels, PLCs or microcontrollers, HMIs, and sequence programs.

Automation, data acquisition, IoT monitoring, or vision inspection can be added when they support the process objective. Mechanical, electrical, software, and existing-system interfaces must be clear so integration can be tested as a whole.

Testing, refinement, and handover

Testing checks mechanical functions, control sequences, sensor responses, and process output under agreed conditions. Findings guide refinement before handover. Installation, commissioning, documentation, and operator guidance are defined in scope.

If existing equipment can be improved, we can compare repair, modification, retrofit, and new-machine requirements. Send material samples, capacity or cycle-time targets, dimensions, process photos, space limits, utilities, and current constraints.
